1. Overview:

3. System Function Description:

Can capture the measurement point of electric energy, instantaneous volume, network events, grid power quality data, to achieve automatic,complete, accurate, safe, timely, consistent, reliable and flexible collection, transmission and storage, to ensure data is not lost.
Load management terminal types of incident can be reported promptly and take the formation of historical matters, saved to the history database for background processing.
Supported the adoption of short message (SMS) approach to achieve alarm function, the module via SMS alarm messages can be sent to the duty officer cell phone.
